The Warburg Institute is looking to appoint an Events and External Relations Officer on an open-ended contract.

Working closely with both Institute and School staff, the Events and External Relations Officer will play a key role in organising, promoting and implementing the Institute’s extensive programme of events through the year. They will also be responsible for implementing the Institute’s external relations communications plan across all platforms.

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will need to have previous experience of event organisation and promotion, including database and budget management and knowledge and experience of implementing an external communications operational plan.

In addition to this they will need to have demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks often to tight deadlines, and the ability to convey complex information with clarity and style to a range of people including academic, professional staff, key stakeholders and members of the public.
