Warburg Renaissance project update: June 2022

The project team is pleased to announce that after many months of planning and with the clearance of the 3rd and 4th floors complete, the main construction works will now commence as planned on Monday 4th July 2022.

The first phase of works is scheduled for completion in December 2022, at which time the 3rd and 4th floors will be re-occupied and the 1st and 2nd floors will be cleared ready for refurbishment.

The appointed main building contractor, Quinn (London) Ltd, has set up a site compound in Woburn Square directly in front of the Warburg. Contractors will have discrete access to the floors under construction to help in reducing the impact of works on the day to day usage of the Institute.
