The Warburg Institute offers a continuation of its online reading course in Classical Greek Texts for advanced level students with a further eight sessions, and a new text, for the Summer Term 2022. 

In Term 3 (Summer 2022) we will focus on Homer's Odyssey, book 23 and parts of 24, in the Stanford's edition in the red Macmillan series: Odyssey XIII-XXIV (Bloomsbury). Students will be expected to prepare passages in advance, which we will then read together, and discuss, taking into account literary, linguistic and contextual perspectives.

Registration and payment for 8 classes across the Summer Term 2022 [NB: we can offer a 10% discount for continuing students. New students are advised to email warburg@sas.ac.uk in the first instance to check for available places]:
  • Warburg students, staff and fellows: £75 [10% £67.50]
  • School of Advanced Study students, staff and fellows / LAHP funded students: £90 [10% £81]
  • External students /unwaged: £140 [10% £126]
  • Standard rate: £160 [10% £144]
