In the Summer Vacation 2021 we shall continue with 5 further classes additonal to the summer term, reading reproductions of manuscripts written in Latin between the twelfth and seventeenth century and getting to know the letter forms, the systems of abbreviation and punctuation, and sometimes the relationship between a text and its illustration.

No previous acquaintance with manuscripts is expected, but the student is expected to have a good knowledge of Latin grammar and syntax.
